You’ve heard of Happy Valley. Wait until you see Hockey Valley. Penn State’s new hockey home, Pegula Ice Arena, is a sight to behold. The new facility, which will open for the 2014 season, included an $80 million construction fee, and it’s pretty easy to see where all the money went.
