Ohio State’s D’Angelo Russell and Wisconsin’s Sam Dekker and Frank Kaminsky all are sure-fire first-rounders, according to several of the experts’ latest mock drafts. The NBA held its annual draft lottery Tuesday night, and now that we know which teams are picking where, the basketball experts are releasing their latest mock drafts. Most every mock draft I checked has Ohio State’s D’Angelo Russell and Wisconsin’s Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker in the top 20. James Blackmon Jr. to return to Indiana for sophomore season

Another Big Ten star has announced he will return to school for the 2015-16 college basketball season. Just two days after Michigan’s Caris LeVert made his official announcement to return to school, Indiana’s James Blackmon Jr. announced he will do the same.
