Johnson Glove Flip

Indiana’s Micah Johnson knows how to flash the leather. The second baseman can get creative with the glove, too, evidenced by his highlight-reel play Saturday against Michigan State. On a soft grounder by Anthony Cheky, Johnson charged the ball, fielded it, and with his momentum taking him toward home plate, decided to flip the ball out his glove to first base. It’s never easy directing the ball out of the glove, but Johnson got it done. Watch the play now.

Did You See This? Hoosier Rally Caps

Indiana logo

Rally Cap

Indiana trailed Purdue 3-0 heading into the ninth on Friday night in the Big Ten Baseball Tournament, which meant it was time for the Hoosiers to follow baseball tradition and don the rally caps.
