Hoosiers highlight All-Tournament Team

Indiana won the 2013 Big Ten Baseball Tournament championship Sunday afternoon thanks to a dramatic 4-3 walk-off victory over Nebraska, which had won three consecutive elimination games. The crown marks the third for the Hoosiers, and the first since 2009.  With the triumph, Indiana earns the Big Ten’s automatic berth to the NCAA tourney.

Indiana wins Big Ten tourney title on walk-off hit

One day after Nebraska used a walk-off blast to force Sunday’s winner-take-all game at the Big Ten tournament, Indiana got a walk-off hit of its own to claim the tourney crown and earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tourney. Scott Donley provided the heroics Sunday, driving a liner to left-center with the bases loaded and no outs to clinch the 4-3 win.
