On Saturday night’s “The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2013,” we put the spotlight on Ohio State’s Deshaun Thomas, Purdue’s Johnson brothers and Wisconsin’s new point guards. Last week ”The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2013″ took you inside the Iowa Hawkeyes moving remembrance of former player Chris Street (watch the moment in this post). This week, the show explores how Ohio State’s Deshaun Thomas, the Big Ten’s leading scorer, has matured on and off the court. The show debuts Saturday at 9 p.m. ET after the Ohio State-Nebraska game.

On Sunday night’s “The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2013,” we featured Tom Crean, Bacari Alexander and Chris Street. The latter was honored this past week, on the 20th anniversary of his death, and “The Journey” was there to give fans an all-access look at how the Hawkeyes honored their legend. We even had cameras in the locker room to capture Street’s family congratulating the Hawkeyes and Fran McCaffery presenting the Game Ball to the Street’s. Watch the segment now.

BTN airs the next episode of “The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2013″ around 8 p.m. ET immediately after Sunday’s men’s basketball game between Michigan and Illinois on BTN/BTN2Go.

At 10 p.m. ET tonight, “The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2013″ spotlights the Big Ten’s top point guards. The show airs immediately following the Wisconsin-Iowa game, and then airs again at 3 p.m. Sunday following the Indiana-Northwestern game and again at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Our first episode of “The Journey: 2013 Basketball” aired on Sunday and the next episode is coming up this Saturday at 10 p.m. We went ahead and scooped up some of the buzz around the first show and added it here. If you missed the show, the entire episode is available on BTN2Go.

BTN will be live from Bloomington this Saturday for a one-hour pregame show at 11 a.m. ET leading up to a Big Ten battle between No. 10 Minnesota and No. 5 Indiana at noon. BTN’s Dave Revsine and analyst Shon Morris will lead the show from courtside at Indiana’s Assembly Hall, then Gus Johnson and analyst Jim Jackson will call the game.

The Big Ten continues to lead all conferences with six teams ranked in this week’s AP and USA Today Coaches polls, including two top-five teams and five top-15 squads.

The last episode of “The Journey 2012″ airs tonight at 7:30 p.m. ET with an inside look at last Saturday’s Big Ten Football Championship where Wisconsin won the school’s second straight football title game. Our show crew went wall-to-wall with their coverage, and then show the Badgers locker room celebration, too.

Our documentary-style show ‘The Journey 2012″ is in Indianapolis for the Big Ten Football Championship, and they’ll be capturing the action all day Saturday right through the game. On tonight’s episode “The Journey: Big Ten Football 2012″ at 7:30 p.m. we featuring several more rich stories about Big Ten football, including a look at Ohio State’s Zach Boren, the senior fullback-turned-linebacker who played in his final  Michigan-Ohio State game.

On Wednesday night’s “The Journey: Big Ten Football,” BTN sat down with Wisconsin running back Montee Ball to talk to him about the bittersweet night that left him thinking about a move to linebacker. It was the 2010 Ohio State game, the one in which the Badgers took down the nation’s No. 1 team, but Ball didn’t see the field in the upset. Watch the clip, which also feature Le’Veon Bell and Denard Robinson, now. Also, see several Robinson bonus clips in this post.

You’ll want to see how “The Journey 2012″ covers Montee Ball’s historical TD last Saturday on tonight’s episode of the show at 7:30 p.m. ET.
