BTN Announces 2018-19 Big Ten Men and Women’s Basketball Television Schedule

In conjunction with the Big Ten Conference, BTN today announced its complete television schedule for the 2018-19 men’s and women’s basketball seasons. BTN will air at least 132 men’s basketball games, including 77 conference games and 10 Big Ten Tournament games. The network will also broadcast at least 68 women’s basketball games, featuring four ACC-Big Ten Challenge matchups alongside 12 conference tournament games, including both semifinals. The men’s schedule begins with non-conference action on Nov. 6 as the Indiana Hoosiers and heralded freshman Romeo Langford host Chicago State, and continues with the inaugural U.S. Bank Stadium Basketball Classic on Nov.

BTN Presents Extensive Coverage Surrounding Final Four

The Michigan Wolverines have advanced to the Final Four for the second time in the past six seasons and BTN is taking its studio crew on the road for comprehensive coverage. The network’s trip to San Antonio includes pre and postgame press conferences as well as multiple studio shows featuring Dave Revsine, Andy Katz, Mike DeCourcy, Stephen Bardo and Jon Crispin. Coming off a season in which three Big Ten teams reached the Sweet 16 , BTN’s 2017-18 men’s basketball schedule will feature more than 75 conference matchups in addition to at least 49 non-conference battles. BTN expands studio team of basketball analysts

CHICAGO – BTN will bolster its team of studio analysts to coincide with the start of conference basketball by adding former Maryland and Ohio State head coach Gary Williams and Hall of Fame sportswriters Dick “Hoops” Weiss and Mike DeCourcy, who returns for a third season.
