Purdue outlasts Ohio State in triple overtime

Sam Ostarello had 22 points and 19 rebounds Monday night and No. 12 Purdue defeated Ohio State 82-75 in triple overtime. Courtney Moses led the Boilermakers (14-2, 3-0) with 24 points. Her layup late in the second extra period tied it at 68 after Ohio State had a 68-62 lead. All three of the Boilermakers’ Big Ten wins have come in overtime. Purdue goes on road, tops Nebraska in overtime

(AP) Sam Ostarello had 17 points and a career-high 19 rebounds Saturday and No. 14 Purdue held off No. 25 Nebraska 69-66 in overtime. The Boilermakers never trailed in the extra period, but Ostarello’s basket with 43 seconds left made it 68-66 Purdue. Courtney Moses and Drey Mingo also scored 17 points for Purdue (13-2, 2-0 Big Ten) in another close one between the schools. All three games between them have gone to overtime. BTN releases women's basketball TV schedule

BTN will televise 40 women’s basketball conference matchups for the 2012-13 season, along with 10 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament games, and an additional number of non-conference games. The games also will be available on BTN2Go. The conference slate opens on Thursday, January 3, with Ohio State at Iowa. Throughout the season, BTN will feature games on most Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays during conference play. The Big Ten, which finished the 2011-12 season with four teams ranked in the top-25, is expected to have several ranked teams heading into the upcoming season.
