BTN to air 67 B1G hoops games; adds Seth Davis to team

CHICAGO – BTN will be the fans’ destination for high-quality hoops this season, with more than half of all Big Ten Conference matchups airing on the network, including nine straight weeks of doubleheaders on “Super Wednesdays.”  In all, BTN will televise 67 men’s conference basketball matchups, including four Big Ten Tournament games and an additional number of non-conference games.

Dienhart: Here's what I learned in Week 5

Quality over quantity was the theme Saturday in the Big Ten, which had just four games. The marquee matchup between Wisconsin and Ohio State lived up to its billing, as the Buckeyes reaffirmed that they are the best team in the conference. Power Rankings: Surging Iowa shoots up list

With six schools off and just four games that featured no upsets, there was little movement in my weekly Big Ten power rankings, presented by ArcelorMittal. Iowa was the biggest winner, jumping three spots from No. 9 to No. 6. Conversely, Minnesota fell like a rock from No. 6 to No. 10. Here is my latest Power Poll.
