BTN Announces 2015-16 Women’s Conference Basketball TV Schedule

After a season that produced seven NCAA Tournament berths for Big Ten teams along with Maryland’s trip to the Final Four, BTN’s 2015-16 women’s basketball coverage on-air and online will feature more than 160 games. The slate includes games from the Big Ten/ACC Women’s Basketball Challenge, non-conference schedule, conference play and nearly the entire women’s Big Ten Tournament, March 2-5. BTN’s coverage tips off in early December with the Big Ten/ACC Women’s Basketball Challenge. Syracuse takes on national powerhouse Maryland at 7 p.m. ET on Dec. 2, while Purdue battles Boston College and Penn State matches up with Virginia Tech

Tom’s Take: Week 3 Big Ten honors, grades, stock reports & numbers

Week 3 was all about the ACC, as the Big Ten played five games vs. the eastern league. Final score: ACC 3, Big Ten 2. Northwestern (at Duke) and Iowa (Pitt) were the only two Big Ten teams to win. Illinois (at North Carolina), Nebraska (at Miami) and Purdue (Virginia Tech) all lost.
