At Purdue University, there are all kinds of clubs and organizations for students, ranging from bass fishing to hip-hop dance. But what if you’re interested in, say, building a robot that mines moon rocks? Now, the university has that covered too. Purdue Lunabotics, a student organization dedicated to the development of robots for space exploration, lifted off in Fall 2014 with a core group of six students and no workspace or resources to speak of. If you could assemble an all-time Big Ten basketball team, who would you pick? Now, imagine if that team consisted of a starting five, and every player had a point total (1 to 6 ) where you could only use up to 18 points to assemble that team. We asked eight different Big Ten basketball players at this year's Big Ten Media Days in Chicago to build their own teams. Here's what they told us.

Week 2 of conference play showcased all types of games. We had an offensive explosion in Columbus (Ohio State’s season-high 49 points), two narrow escapes (Michigan State winning by seven at Rutgers and Wisconsin nipping Nebraska by two), a defensive clinic (Michigan recording their third straight shutout, the first time a Big Ten team has done that in 35 years) and a complete blowout (Minnesota with a 41-13 triumph at Purdue). I asked some of my esteemed and sage Big Ten media colleagues. Jeff Potrykus, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: I’ll go with Cook of MSU. Why? Because he has done it before, last season vs Baylor.
