With the 2013 Big Ten tourney bracket set, it’s time to unveil BTN.com’s 2012-13 Dunk of the Year bracket. The bracket includes one dunk from every Big Ten team, which fans decided via polls, and it’s seeded in accordance with this year’s Big Ten tourney. Once again, fans will vote on each matchup until a dunk is crowned Sunday. Hop on in and vote for all of the Round 1 winners.

The Big Ten announced Sunday night the bracket for the 2013 Big Ten Men’s Basketball Tournament, which will be held March 14-17 at the United Center in Chicago. Indiana, thanks to Sunday’s late comeback victory at Michigan, earned the No. 1 seed after claiming its first outright Big Ten title since 1993. See all of the seeds and Day 1 matchups in this post.
Before the Big Ten’s final two regular-season games tip, let’s take a look at how the results will impact Big Ten tournament seeds. Here’s what we know before Indiana-Michigan and Northwestern-Michigan State close out the Big Ten’s regular season: Indiana is the No. 1 seed, Northwestern is No. 11, and only seeds 3-5 are up for grabs.
Following Saturday afternoon’s 89-73 victory over Minnesota, Purdue held its Senior Day to honor Dru Anthrop and D.J. Byrd. Both players received framed personalized jerseys and delivered a speech to the Mackey Arena faithful. Head coach Matt Painter also talked about the seniors and their impact on the program. D.J. Byrd and Rapheal Davis each scored 18 points as Purdue rolled past Minnesota 89-73 on Saturday. The Boilermakers (15-16, 8-10) won for only the third time in seven games as they head into next week’s Big Ten tournament.
