Sports Illustrated released five regional covers for its College Football Preview magazine Wednesday morning, and Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller is one of the cover boys. The publication picks the Buckeyes No. 4 in its preseason top 25, the same spot it was last year, good enough for inclusion in the inaugural College Football Playoff.
