As if the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry wasn’t heated enough, Michigan recruit Logan Tuley-Tillman took it to another level. The 6-7, 300-pound offensive tackle set fire to a letter from Ohio State and posted a photo of it on Twitter, with the message: #goblue #beatohio.

Big Ten releases Baseball All-Tournament Team

Following the completion of the 2012 Big Ten Baseball Tournament on Saturday night, the Big Ten office released the all-tournament team. Purdue won the school’s first Big Ten tourney, thanks to an exciting 6-5 victory over heated rival Indiana, and it had five players earn honors, headlined by Most Outstanding Player Kevin Plawecki. Michigan State advances with 6-2 win

Needing a win to stay alive in the Big Ten Tournament, the Michigan State baseball team defeated Ohio State, 6-2, Friday afternoon in an elimination game at Huntington Park. The Spartans (37-20) will now play on Saturday at 3:35 p.m. against the loser of the Purdue-Indiana game, which is being played Friday night.

Purdue women finish 9th at NCAA Championships

The 2012 NCAA Women’s Golf Championships came to a close Friday at the Legends Club North Course in Franklin, Tenn. Purdue finished ninth, its seventh consecutive top 10 finish, to headline the Big Ten competitors. Michigan State and Ohio State placed 20th and 22nd, respectively.
