It’s the final week of the season. And, even better, it’s rivalry week! Division titles may be on the line, in addition to cool trophies. This is the penultimate week of the Big Ten schedule. And the action figures to be at a peak, as all 14 schools will be in action headlined by Ohio State’s visit to Michigan State in what could be a de facto Big Ten East championship game.
Another week of full action, with seven games involving all 14 schools. There are six division games. The only one that isn’t—Michigan at Iowa—is the sexiest matchup of them all. Iowa has won four of the last five from Michigan, including the last three in Kinnick Stadium. (Iowa is 6-4 in its last 10 vs. U-M.) The Big Ten Conference made quite a mark on the Peace Corps last year, as evidenced by the organization’s tally of volunteers by alma mater in 2015. Eight of the top 25 large universities (those with more than 15,000 undergraduates) were from the B1G, and the conference accounted for half of the top 10. Moreover, the University of Michigan was second on the list of volunteer-producing graduate schools.
