It’s official: The Big Ten Conference will have new division alignments set to begin in 2014 and nine-game Big Ten Conference schedules for 2016 after the recommendations were unanimously approved by school athletic directors and supported by the Big Ten Council of Presidents/Chancellors. Kyle Kubat, in his first appearance of the season, went five innings, while relievers Tyler Niederklein and senior Dylan Vogt combined to throw the final four innings en route to a 3-0 victory.

Upper Deck has produced a Hoffman trading card, which includes “RB NEBRASKA” under his name and “Star Rookie” written vertically on the lower left side.
