Ohio Stadium ranked No. 1 B1G venue in Athlon Sports poll

Athlon Sports is doing a series of college football stadium rankings, and it was time to consider the Big Ten homes Friday. Ohio Stadium took the top spot, garnering nine of 12 first-place votes, while Memorial Stadium (Nebraska) came in second. The voters included 10 Big Ten personalities, including BTN’s Gerry DiNardo, Tom Dienhart and Brent Yarina, and a pair of Athlon experts. See the full results in this post. The next presidential election isn’t scheduled to take place until November, 2016. However, a pair of Nebraska seniors are already throwing their names into the mix… Sort of. The following shirt, which reads “Abdullah, Bell ’14” was tweeted out earlier today from the handle @FDBrian70. @AFRO_THUNDER80 you guys have my vote pic.twitter.com/GS0xq6gJ4j — FD Brian (@FDBrian70) June 20, 2014 The shirt is referring to Nebraska running back Ameer Abdullah and wide receiver Kenny Bell, two of the top players in the Big Ten at their respective positions. Twitter users, rejoice! As of today, the site now allows users to tweet animated GIFs. You aren’t the only one excited about this. Several Big Ten basketball and football teams celebrated the news by tweeting GIFs of memorable 2013-14 moments. Check out our favorite examples in this post. Big Ten question stumps 'Jeopardy' contestants

“Jeopardy” has been around for more than 50 years now. However, it’s not every day that Alex Trebek runs off a Big Ten-related question. That’s exactly what happened on Thursday, when this question was asked: “Now that Rutgers and Maryland are joining the party, the Big Ten Football Conference has X football members?” The result?
