Penn State Shuts Out Ohio State 3-0

The No. 7 Penn State field hockey team continued its hunt for the Big Ten Championship Friday afternoon, defeating No. 21 Ohio State 3-0 for the fourth conference win of the season. Minnesota Defeats Michigan State, 2-1

The No. 10 University of Minnesota volleyball program came from behind to defeat No. 25 Michigan State in five sets Saturday at the Sports Pavilion. Minnesota Takes the Win in Four Sets

The Minnesota Volleyball team improves to 4-1 in the Big Ten conference after defeating the Michigan Wolverines in four sets 25-13, 25-20, 23-25, 25-22, after Michigan claimed the third set. Preseason polls are typically frowned upon by fans and coaches alike, but after one weekend of Big Ten volleyball it appears the coaches knew exactly what they were doing when they picked the conference contenders.
