On tonight’s episode of “The Journey 2012″ presented by Best Buy at 7:30 p.m. ET, our crew continues to chronicle the Big Ten football season while telling the stories of Iowa linebacker Anthony Hitchens, Illinois cornerback Terry Hawthorne, and Minnesota’s Connor Cosgrove, who is battling leukemia.
Each Tuesday morning during the Big Ten football season, all 12 coaches hold a Big Ten teleconference with reporters from around the country. We post the audio Tuesday afternoon for each segment of the call, and we do this every week. Also, @B1Gfootball spotlights a tweet or three from each coach on the call live on Twitter in case you want to follow along.

In its exhibition finale, Minnesota dropped 3-happy Southwest Baptist, 86-59, Monday night at Williams Arena. The Bearcats attempted a whopping 36 3-pointers, hitting just 10 on the night (27.8 percent), while the Gophers shot 53 percent from the field. Rodney Williams scored 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds and swatted two shots, both game highs, while Joe Coleman put in a game-high 15 points.

No changes at the top of my bowl projections this week with Nebraska and Michigan taking care of business, and Wisconsin and Northwestern being off. But the “lower-tier” bowls are in flux.

Before we turn our attention to Week 11, we need to review how BTN.com fans, Tom Dienhart and yours truly did with our Week 10 predictions. Believe it or not, we all went a perfect 5-0 in a week that, to be honest, wasn’t littered with many tough games. So, we’ll enter Week 11 with BTN.com fans and Dienhart tied for the top spot.

Not a lot of movement in my latest Power Rankings following Week 10 of the season, as Ohio State and Nebraska retained possession of the top two spots. Indiana was the biggest mover, as it continued to turn heads with a home win over Iowa. See where all 12 teams land this week in this post.
