Big Ten regular season champ Penn State was the lone victor, ousting UTEP, and joins Big Ten tourney champ Purdue, which won Saturday, in Round 2. The 2011-12 All-Big Ten Women’s Basketball Teams were announced live on BTN on Monday night. Ohio State’s Samantha Prahalis, Minnesota’s Rachel Banham and Penn State’s Coquese Washington were named player of the year, freshman of the year and coach of the year, respectively, by both the coaches and media.
