Several former Big Ten stars are expected to hear their names called early in next week’s NBA draft. Among those players are Indiana’s Noah Vonleh and Michigan’s Nik Stauskas, both of whom are expected to be lottery picks, according to Chad Ford’s latest ESPN Mock Draft 8.1.

Michigan’s official Twitter account, @umichfootball, tweeted out a link of the Wolverines’ updated 2014 football roster earlier today. Most noticeable on the roster is that redshirt junior cornerback Blake Countess will wear No. 2 this season. He previously wore No. 18.
The Big Ten has saved the best for last, as the Week 14 lineup features seven games that all are enticing for one reason or another. In fact, titles in both divisions may be on the line.

The Big Ten led the nation in men’s basketball attendance for the 38th consecutive season, according to figures recently released by the NCAA. The Big Ten set a conference record with an average attendance of 13,534 per game, including regular season home games and all six sessions of the Big Ten tourney, for a total of 2,896,322 patrons, the 22nd straight year the conference eclipsed the two-million mark.
