Michigan State women claim second Big Ten track & field crown

The Michigan State women’s track and field team won the 2015 Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Sunday at Ralph Young Track & Field in East Lansing, Mich. The Spartans posted five individual event titles to claim the championship. Michigan State secured its second Big Ten title and first since 1982. The Big Ten has announced the 2015 Big Ten Baseball Tournament bracket, with Illinois earning the No. 1 seed after clinching its 30th conference championship. NCAA Men’s Basketball Rules Committee proposes changes to game

Fans were not shy about expressing their opinions on the slow pace and tempo of men’s college basketball games this past season. Now, it looks like changes are in the works, and college basketball could have a different look next year. The men’s basketball rules committee met on Friday and announced that it would recommend a number of changes in men’s college basketball, including shortening the shot clock from 35 seconds to 30. @Marchmadness, which is the official NCAA March Madness Twitter handle for all things Division I NCAA Men’s Basketball, tweeted out the list of proposals on Friday afternoon.
