With the year quickly coming to a close, I decided to take a look at the new basketball and football uniform designs that debuted in 2013. Don’t worry, 2014 is certain to include just as many, if not more, new designs. Actually, I’m not so sure that’s a good thing. Either way, enjoy the look back. Penn State quarterback Christian Hackenberg was Big Ten Freshman of the Year last week. And, he’s the headliner on the 2013 BTN.com All-Freshman Team. Led by Hackenberg, Penn State has five players on the squad, pacing all schools. Nebraska has four. It was a strong year for tight ends, the most difficult spot to pick.
