The Big Ten has released a breakdown of conference opponents for the 2016 women’s basketball season. All 14 Big Ten teams will play a 18-game conference schedule, playing five teams both home and away and eight teams just one time. Here is a look at the conference opponents for every Big Ten team. The matchups for the 2014 ACC/Big Ten Women’s Basketball Challenge were announced Wednesday afternoon. The annual challenge, which will run Dec. 3-4, is in its eighth edition and will feature 14 games for the first time. The Big Ten Conference announced the All-Big Ten Women’s Basketball Teams and individual award winners on Monday. Nebraska’s Jordan Hooper and Connie Yori were named Big Ten Player of the Year and Big Ten Coach of the Year, respectively, by the coaches, while Penn State’s Maggie Lucas and Coquese Washington earned the honors from the media.
