What has been reported for days became official Monday with Illinois announcing Bill Cubit as the new offensive coordinator.
Tim Beckman announced Saturday that co-offensive coordinator/quarterback coach Chris Beatty will not return in 2013. BTN analyst Howard Griffith was the first to report the news.
