I usually agree with Lee Barfknecht of Omaha.com. But I don’t on this: He thinks the College Football Playoff should stay at four teams. I think it should expand to at least six—with the champ of each Power Five league getting a bid and the final bid going to a “wild card.”

The Big Ten had a league-record five baseball teams selected Monday for the 2015 NCAA baseball tournament, led by overall No. 6 seed Illinois. Big Ten tournament champion Michigan, Indiana, Iowa, and Maryland also landed spots.
The NCAA Division I Baseball Committee announced the 16 regional sites for the 69th annual NCAA Division I Baseball Championship on Sunday, and Illinois will play host to a regional for the first time.
Maryland has completed its defense of the NCAA crown. The top-seeded Terrapins rallied past second-seeded North Carolina, 9-8, Sunday night in Philadelphia.
