Ohio State pitcher Zach Farmer has died after his battle with leukemia, the school announced Tuesday. Farmer, 21, passed away Tuesday at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University.
Farmer, who was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia as a freshman on April 28, 2014, went into remission on June 6, 2014. He announced July 15 that the disease returned.
The Ohio State football team is up to more fun, once again proving life is better as national champions.
