How would you celebrate an NCAA crown?

Iowa’s Cory Clark had quite the celebration after claiming the 133-pound NCAA individual title in St. Louis on Saturday night, and he has associate head coach Terry Brands to thank for what has become a viral reaction.

After dispatching South Dakota State’s Seth Gross, 4-3, Clark was walking off the mat toward Brands, who, jacked up as anyone, hugged his new champion and told him to “throw me!” several times. Clark obliged, and it made for one excellent moment.
