Charlie Hall entered Thursday night with a total of two minutes played since the calendar flipped to 2017.

The Northwestern forward and son of Brad Hall and Julia Louis-Dreyfus probably didn't expect to get any run in the team's Big Ten tourney opener vs. Rutgers. He did, though, playing the final 1:07 in Northwestern's 83-61 rout vs. Rutgers.

Hall, in his first action since Feb. 1, grabbed a pair of rebounds to make use of his time.

To no surprise, his parents enjoyed the moment. ESPN went to a split screen, featuring Louis-Dreyfus on the left side of the screen and the live game on the right side, and the Emmy Award-winning actress provided plenty of great reactions.
