Northwestern?s upset win of a top-10 Wisconsin team at the Kohl Center on Sunday earned a 0.63 HH rating in BTN?s 12 metered markets,* the third-highest conference rating in network history. The highest-rated conference game in BTN history was set less than a month earlier, when Maryland visited Minnesota on Jan. 28 resulting in a 0.75 HH rating.

Northwestern will once again be featured on BTN this evening, as the Wildcats host No. 23 Maryland as part of a Super Wednesday doubleheader. A special episode of BTN Live will air prior to tip off from Welsh-Ryan Arena beginning at 6 p.m. ET, and include host Dave Revsine, analysts Shon Morris and Deon Thomas and special guests including Northwestern football coach Pat Fitzgerald and athletic director Jim Phillips.

Along with two of the three highest-rated conference games in network history, BTN also saw four of its top five non-conference games take place this season. Along with the Indiana Hoosiers and Butler Bulldogs matchup on Dec. 17 that set the non-conference record, Purdue vs. Villanova (11/14/16), Ohio State vs. Connecticut (12/10/16) and Indiana vs. Fort Wayne (11/22/16) all joined the top five.
