On Sunday, May 15, President Barack Obama?s keynote address at Rutgers University?s 250th anniversary commencement will stream live on BTN2Go at 12:30 p.m. ET. The speech from High Point Solutions Stadium in Piscataway will also air later that day at 10:30 p.m. ET on BTN.

The event was announced this past April, with White House spokesman Keith Maley saying, "Rutgers University is one of the oldest universities in the country with a long and distinguished history of advancing research and preparing students with the skills they need to succeed in the new economy."

Rutgers President Robert Barchi first wrote Obama requesting his presence at commencement in fall 2013. Obama will be the first sitting president to speak at Rutgers? graduation ceremony.

President Obama will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree and will be the seventh president - and the second sitting president - to receive an honorary Rutgers degree.
