NCAA women's basketball tourney: Tennessee beats Ohio State

Ohio State's season came to an end on Friday night with a 78-62 loss to Tennessee in a Sweet 16 matchup at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.

This was Ohio State's first trip to the Sweet 16 since 2011.

Ameryst Alston finished with 21 points, while Kelsey Mitchell added 20 points and four assists in the loss.

The Buckeyes finish their season with a final record of 26-8.
