Minnesota clinched the regular-season Big Ten Women?s Gymnastics Championship on Saturday. The Golden Gophers (9-0) placed first with 197.425 points at the Big Five meet against Iowa, Michigan, Penn State and Rutgers en route to their second regular-season title and first since 2014.

During the Big Five meet, Minnesota was led by Lindsay Mable and Hanna Nordquist. Mable finished second in the all-around competition with a score of 39.550. Mable scored a 9.925 on floor exercise, her highest scoring event of the day, and scored a 9.850 or higher in the other three events. Nordquist posted a perfect 10.000 on the beam in her only event of the day.

The 2016 Big Ten Women?s Gymnastics Championships will be held Saturday, March 19 at the Crisler Center on the campus of the University of Nebraska. BTN will provide live coverage of session one (Noon ET) and session two (5 p.m. ET).
