Maryland is the nation's No. 2 team and no Big Ten team is hotter than Wisconsin, winners of six straight games.

So, college basketball fans knew Saturday night's game would be intense.

It was; in fact, things got a little heated in the final seconds of the first half at Xfinity Center.

Here's what happened: Maryland's Diamond Stone, the former Wisconsin prep star, and Wisconsin's Vitto Brown competed for the rebound following a Melo Trimble missed running layup, and the two ended up out of bounds, with Stone bringing Brown to the floor and using his left hand to push the Wisconsin forward's head into the court.

The officials reviewed the play, but there were no ejections.

Wisconsin went on to win the game, 70-57, handing Maryland its first home conference loss since it joined the Big Ten.
