Quinn Nordin, the nation's No. 1 kicker, committed to Michigan on National Signing Day on Wednesday.
Nordin, a previous Penn State verbal commit, hosted a now-famous sleepover with Harbaugh last month.
The sleepover was Harbaugh's idea. He went over to Nordin's house at 12:01 a.m., the minute after the recruiting window opened.
Clearly, it worked. As a result, don't be surprised if more coaches try the tactic in coming years.
