Day 2 of the 2015 Big Ten Baseball Tournament was filled with excitement, highlighted by Maryland's 2-1 win over Big Ten champ Illinois in the fourth and final game of the day.

The decision snapped the Illini's 27-game winning streak, which dated back to March 30.

In other action, two-time defending tourney champ and No. 6 Indiana eliminated No. 7 Ohio State, 5-3, No. 5 Michigan State rallied past No. 8 Nebraska, 9-7, and No. 3 Michigan held on to beat No. 2 Iowa, 8-5.

Indiana eliminated Ohio State and stayed alive in the 2015 Big Ten Tournament with a 5-3 win Thursday morning at Target Field. With the score tied in the bottom of the eighth, Scott Donley hit a two-out, bases-clearing double that proved to be the difference.

NO. 5 MICHIGAN STATE 9, NO. 8 NEBRASKA 7: BOX | RECAP | WATCH REPLAY
Ryan Krill's eighth-inning grand slam helped the Michigan State baseball team defeat Nebraska in come-from-behind fashion and remain alive in the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday afternoon at Target Field in Minneapolis. Trailing 7-3 in the bottom of the sixth, the Spartans scored six runs, capped by Krill's mammoth, bases-clearing home run to right field.

NO. 3 MICHIGAN 8, NO. 2 IOWA 5: BOX | RECAP | WATCH REPLAY
The University of Michigan baseball team jumped out to a 6-1 lead after five innings and picked up home runs from junior Cody Bruder and fifth-year senior Kendall Patrick, and the U-M pitching staff did not walk a batter while striking out eight as the Wolverines moved to the bracket one championship game in the Big Ten Tournament with an 8-5 win over No. 19 Iowa Thursday night (May 21) at Target Field.
