Put it in the history books! Johns Hopkins defeated Ohio State 13-6 on Saturday night en route to winning the first-ever Big Ten men's lacrosse tournament.

Senior Eric Schneider was outstanding in goal, recording 11 saves and helping the Blue Jays secure the conference championship.

"We scratched and clawed, and really, just kept fighting," Schneider said following the game. "It's a team effort and I'm just really proud of these guys."

Junior attackman Ryan Brown added two goals in the game, setting the single-season goal-scoring record at Johns Hopkins. It also marked the 31st straight game he has scored a goal, which stands as the longest scoring streak in the nation.
