Maryland won the regular season Big Ten title and top overall seed, while Penn State will be the No. 2 seed. Both teams earned a first-round bye and open the tourney Friday. The four other teams will begin tourney play on Thursday, with No. 6 Michigan vs. No. 3 Northwestern (3 p.m. ET) and No. 5 Rutgers vs. No. 4 Ohio State (5:25 p.m. ET).

Earlier this week, The 2015 All-Big Ten Women?s Lacrosse team was released Wednesday afternoon. Big Ten champ and undefeated Maryland claimed a conference-high eight selections.
