Wisconsin hasn't played in the national final since 1941, so pardon the Badgers if they were a little bit excited following Saturday night's win over No. 1 overall seed Kentucky.

Making the victory even sweeter: Wisconsin ended Kentucky's pursuit of perfection, the same team that beat it in last season's national semifinal.

Several Badgers, past and present, went to Twitter to react to the historic win and to advancing to the national final.

Wisconsin will take on fellow No. 1 seed Duke in the title game at 9:18 p.m. ET Monday night in Indianapolis.
