The Big Ten office released its latest Big Ten Players of the Week on Monday. See the latest honorees below.

Player of the Week: Aaron White, Iowa, F

  • Averaged 25.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game in the Hawkeyes? wins over Illinois and at Penn State
  • For the week, shot 56.5 percent (13-of-23) from the field, 60.0 percent (3-of-5) from three-point range and 87.5 percent (21-of-24) from the free throw line
  • Against Illinois, scored a career-high 29 points, pulled down nine rebounds and tallied two steals
  • Recorded his third double-double of the season with 21 points and a season-high 14 rebounds in the overtime win at Penn State
  • His 29 points against the Illini were the most for a Hawkeye player since James Moses in 1991
  • Currently averaging 15.0 points and 7.6 rebounds per game in conference play, ranking among the top 10 in the Big Ten in both categories
  • Earns his first career Big Ten Player of the Week honor

Co-Freshmen of the Week: Melo Trimble, Maryland, G

  • Averaged 17.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in leading Maryland to home wins over nationally ranked Wisconsin and Michigan
  • For the week, shot 47.8 percent (11-of-23) from the field and 50.0 percent (3-of-6) from three-point range
  • Scored 16 points, pulled down four rebounds and handed out two assists to go along with one steal in the win over the Badgers
  • Poured in 19 points, dished out five assists and corralled four rebounds against Michigan
  • Currently ranks fifth in the Big Ten in scoring with 16.2 points per game and leads the conference in free throw percentage at 87.2 percent
  • Earns his third Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor
  • Last Maryland Freshman of the Week: Melo Trimble (Dec. 15, 2014)

D?Angelo Russell, Ohio State, G

  • Averaged 19.5 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in leading the Buckeyes to home wins over Nebraska and Purdue
  • Chipped in 11 points and handed out six assists in 26 minutes of action against Nebraska
  • Poured in 28 points, including an 8-of-10 effort from the free throw line, and corralled seven rebounds in the four-point win over Purdue
  • In conference play, currently leads the Big Ten with 20.1 points and 5.3 assists per contest
  • Earns his seventh Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor
