Spike Albrecht is no stranger to the college basketball world.

It was just under two years ago when Albrecht set the college sports world on fire after the Wolverines' backup point guard scored 17 points in 20 minutes during the 2013 NCAA National Championship game against Louisville.

He then reached out to Sports Illustrated covergirl Kate Upton on Twitter after the game, which instantly went viral on social media.

Well, Albrecht is back at it on social media, this time, showing his support for a good cause.

The Wolverines' junior point guard recently posted a video on Instagram of him taking the "egg crack challenge" to raise awareness for juvenile diabetes. He concluded the video by challenging former Michigan teammate Nik Stauskas, and of course adding in a "Go Blue!"

Remember, the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge" was a huge success this summer, bringing a large amount of donations and awareness for the disease.

Here's to hoping this does the same!
