There were three Big Ten men's basketball games on Thursday night, highlighted by Minnesota's thrilling 96-90 overtime win against Michigan State.

In other action, Ohio State cruised past Nebraska, 81-57, and Purdue held on to top Rutgers, 92-85.

Carlos Morris made a tying 3-pointer while being fouled with 2.2 seconds left in regulation, and although he missed the ensuing free throw, Minnesota controlled the overtime for a 96-90 win over Michigan State on Thursday night.

OHIO STATE 81, NEBRASKA 57: BOX | PBP | RECAP
Jae'Sean Tate scored a career-high 22 points, Sam Thompson added 15 and Shannon Scott 13 to lead Ohio State past Nebraska 81-57 on Thursday night, the Cornhuskers' sixth loss in a row.

PURDUE 92, RUTGERS 85: BOX | PBP | RECAP
Basil Smotherman scored a career-best 17 points and Rapheal Davis had 16 points and 10 rebounds Thursday night, leading Purdue to a 92-85 victory against slumping Rutgers.
