Branden Dawson had 23 points and 13 rebounds, and Michigan State finished a regular-season sweep of rival Michigan, beating the Wolverines 80-67 on Tuesday.
The Spartans (18-8, 9-4 Big Ten) shot 62 percent from the field, and a barrage of early 3-pointers helped them to a 15-point halftime lead. It was Michigan State's first victory in Ann Arbor since 2010.
