Saturday featured a jam-packed schedule of Big Ten men's basketball games.

Iowa took down No. 25 Ohio State, while No. 11 Maryland ran past Michigan State to highlight Saturday's matchups.

In other action, Minnesota held off Rutgers to tally its first Big Ten victory, Purdue rallied to force overtime and win at Penn State, and Michigan held on in the final seconds to beat Northwestern.

Andre Hollins scored a season-high 31 points on 7-for-10 shooting from 3-point range, a much-needed breakout game for the senior and his struggling team that spurred Minnesota to an 89-80 victory over Rutgers on Saturday.

Kendall Stephens scored 22 points, including a game-tying 3-pointer that sent the game to overtime, and Purdue pulled out an 84-77 victory over Penn State on Saturday.

IOWA 76, OHIO STATE 67: BOX | PBP | AP RECAP
Aaron White scored 18 of his 22 points in the second half to lead Iowa to a 76-67 win over Ohio State on Saturday. Adam Woodbury had 13 points and 10 rebounds.

MARYLAND 75, MICHIGAN STATE 59: BOX | PBP | AP RECAP
Freshman Melo Trimble scored 21 of his 24 points in the first half, and No. 14 Maryland breezed past Michigan State 75-59 Saturday to sweep the season series and gain sole possession of first place in the Big Ten.

MICHIGAN 56, NORTHWESTERN 54: BOX | PBP | AP RECAP
Caris LeVert had 18 points, six rebounds and seven assists, Derrick Walton, Jr. chipped in 14 points, and Michigan escaped with a 56-54 win over Northwestern on Saturday night.
