A couple of years ago, adidas and Michigan combined on several alternate uniforms.

Not all of them were well-received. Like, this highlighter yellow one or this camo one.

Well, few, if any, should have complains about Michigan's latest alternate design, to be worn January 10 vs. Minnesota.

The team's Twitter account (@umichbball) tweeted out the picture above Monday afternoon.

Michigan fans will love the uniform, as it is a modern take take on the Wolverines' design they wore during the Glen Rice-led 1989 NCAA championship.

In the team release, Michigan said the Wolverines are one of five adidas programs that will wear a throwback jersey that honors a national championship team. Indiana is one of the other four schools.
