The penultimate week of the 2014 NFL regular season featured plenty of highlights for former Big Ten stars.

Among the highlights were a few firsts, as San Diego defensive tackle Corey Liuget (Illinois) recovered a fumble in the end zone for his first career touchdown, Chicago rookie safety Brock Vereen (Minnesota) picked off his first career pass and Houston rookie tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz (Iowa) hauled in his first career touchdown.
Far from a first, Oakland safety Charles Woodson (Michigan) recorded his 60th (!) interception, this one off former Purdue quarterback Kyle Orton, and Houston defensive end J.J. Watt (Wisconsin) registered another sack, No. 17.5 on the season.
