Nationalchamps.net has released its 2015 College Football Top 25 Preview, the site's annual early look at where teams will be ranked in the preseason polls.

Big Ten champ and inaugural playoff participant Ohio State paces the Big Ten at No. 4, behind No. 1 TCU, No. 2 Oregon and No. 3 Florida State. Alabama rounds out the top 5.

Only two other Big Ten teams make the top 25: Michigan State (No. 8) and Wisconsin (No. 21).

Don't get too upset if your team didn't make the list. That doesn't mean it won't find itself in the polls at some point next season. As the site says, "This is not about predicting where these teams will finish by season's end, a flaw in logic many assume – it is about where each deserves to be ranked as the season starts."

What kind of success has nationalchamps.net had at predicting preseason polls? Here's a look at its lists since 2004.

My thoughts? No. 4 for Ohio State might be a little low. Urban Meyer has the Buckeyes rolling and a majority of their elite talent is expected to return, highlighted by quarterback J.T. Barrett and defensive end Joey Bosa.

No matter what happens in the playoff, the Buckeyes figure to enter 2015 as a popular preseason pick to win it all. That, along with the name brand of Ohio State, should result in the Buckeyes being higher than No. 4 to start next season.
