The Big Ten office handed out its latest Big Ten Men's Basketball Players of the Week on Monday. See all of the honorees below.

Player of the Week: Maurice Walker, Minnesota C - 6-10 - Sr.

  • Averaged 16.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 steals per game on 81.3 percent shooting in Minnesota?s wins over North Dakota and Southern
  • For the week, was 13-of-16 from the field and 7-of-8 from the free throw line (87.5 percent)
  • Against North Dakota, poured in a career-high 22 points on 9-of-11 shooting, pulled down seven rebounds and recorded three blocks
  • Chipped in 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting, corralled six rebounds, posted two blocks and tallied two steals in 16 minutes of action against Southern
  • Averaging 11.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.3 steals per game on the season, while shooting 63.5 percent from the field and 72.0 percent from the free throw line
  • Earns his first-career Player of the Week honor

Co-Freshmen of the Week: Melo Trimble, Maryland, G - 6-3

  • Averaged 13.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steal per game in Maryland?s wins over N.C. Central and USC Upstate
  • For the week, shot 50.0 percent from the field (5-of-10) and 94.1 percent from the free throw line (16-of-17)
  • Against N.C. Central, chipped in 12 points, handed out four assists, corralled three rebounds and tallied one steal while going 8-of-8 from the charity stripe
  • Registered his first-career double-double with 14 points (8-of-9 FT?s) and 12 rebounds to go along with three assists and one steal versus USC Upstate
  • Currently leads the nation in free throws made (78)
  • Earns his second Freshman of the Week honor

Bryant McIntosh, Northwestern G - 6-3

  • Scored 15 points, handed out six assists and tallied two steals in Northwestern?s 101-49 win over Mississippi Valley State
  • Converted 6-of-8 field goals (75.0 percent) in the Wildcats? lone game of the week, including a pair of three-pointers
  • Has dished out six or more assists four times this season
  • Northwestern?s 101 points marked its highest scoring output since 1993, and the 52-point win represented the Wildcats? highest margin of victory since 1988
  • Earns his first Freshman of the Week honor
