The 2014 NFL season is quickly approaching the finish line, and former Big Ten standouts continue to compile impressive days.

When it comes to Big Ten pros these days, one has to begin and end with former Michigan State workhorse running back Le'Veon Bell.

Now a workhorse for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Bell, fresh off three straight games with 200 total yards, went for 119 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-20 win at Atlanta.

Bell wasn't the only ex-Big Ten back to make headlines, as Nebraska legend Rex Burkhead scored his first career touchdown, a 10-yard scoring run, in Cincinnati's rout of instate rival Cleveland.
