Michigan State defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi came in at No. 7 ($907,033) to pace the Big Ten, while Michigan defensive coordinator Greg Mattison was No. 10 ($888,333).

Virginia Tech defensive coordinator Bud Foster topped the list ($1,369,500), $6,500 ahead of Alabama DC Kirby Smart.
