With the college basketball season just around the corner, CBSSports.com College Basketball Insider Gary Parrish recently released a list of his top 100 players for 2014-15. The list features 11 Big Ten players, headlined by Wisconsin's duo of Sam Dekker and Frank Kaminsky, who come in at No. 4 and 5 on the list, respectively.

"Dekker grew two or three inches in the offseason, which undeniably helped his NBA stock," Parrish said. "It's hard to pick between him and his slightly taller teammate. But, either way, the bottom line is this: Wisconsin might have the nation's best 1-2 punch."

Following Dekker and Kaminsky is another top-notch scorer, Michigan's Caris LeVert. The Wolverines' 6-foot-6 shooting guard comes in at No. 8 on Parrish's list.

"The junior (12.9 PPG, 4.3 RPG, 2.9 APG) has the most ever-coveted upside of anyone on this list, I think," said CBSSports.com writer Matt Norlander. "His usage rate is probably going to surge, and if Derrick Walton runs the Michigan offense well, LeVert will benefit in big ways."
