Here's one of the most touching ALS Ice Bucket Challenges Big Ten fans will see. Former Penn State and NFL linebacker Tim Shaw, 30, revealed he has ALS in his Ice Bucket Challenge video, posted to titansonline.com. Watch the video in this post.

"A year ago, I was playing NFL football," Shaw said in the video, wearing a Penn State 'Team Ream' shirt. "I've recently been diagnosed with ALS. I'm here today to stand up and fight with of all you against this disease."
